The memory of the national leader Heydar Aliyev has been honored at the Permanent Delegation of the Republic of Azerbaijan to UNESCO.

Permanent Delegate of the Republic of Azerbaijan to UNESCO, Ambassador Elman Abdullayev spoke about the reforms and prospects of the wise policy as well as the concept of statehood inherited, preserved and strengthened as the legacy for the future generations by the head of state and founder of modern Azerbaijan, national leader Heydar Aliyev.
